KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Technical Support
- Provide technical support to customers and internal teams.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.
- Maintain IT systems and network infrastructure.
- Prepare support documentation and reports.
- Ensure timely resolution of service requests.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- B.Tech/B.E, B.Sc Computers, BCA, or MCA.
- Basic knowledge of networking and operating systems.
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
- Customer-oriented approach and problem-solving abilities.
